Military Flag Display
This piece was custom ordered by the local Army Hospital, William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), on Fort Bliss here in El Paso, Tx. We custom made this piece from White Oak, and affixed two ringlets on either side to support the flag poles when the flags are placed on display. We finished these custom pieces with a marine grade spar varnish to give this piece a long lasting, glossy, durable finish. WBAMC uses these displays during ceremonies and on display in the command suite.

3D Carved Crest

3D Lettering
We carved out these letters from 3/4" Poplar hardwood, which paints nicely. The paint we used on these letters are a marine grade one-part polyurethane paint, which is for durability and anti-fading from UV light. These letters were carved approx. 2-3/4" tall and placed on a hard maple backer for contrast.
Magnetic Walnut Knife Block
This custom woodcraft piece is made with veneered walnut laminated over strong neodymium magnets. Neodymium magnets are the strongest available magnets on the market and were used to ensure these knives stay in place until needed. 3' Texas Star
This Texas Star was custom woodcraft commissioned locally here in El Paso. Contrasting natural colors of walnut and white ash were used with a Spanish cedar ring to craft this massive three foot star. Along with the contrasting colors, 30 degree bevels were utilized to give this decorative piece a 3D effect. Custom Wood Signs
We make custom wood signs for businesses and families. This is the Dobby's Crafthouse sign that is on display in our shop. Dobby is our sweet four year old pup which our business is named after, and, as you can see, he is inspector general of the shop. This sign has a distressed shiplap backing and a stained white oak frame. The logo and lettering are cut using our CO2 laser, then painted black.
